Last week, SoHo Taco had the honor of providing our services for an Ignite Health corporate function in the City of Irvine. As you may recall, the temperatures last week here in Orange County were a bit on the warmer side. But, that didn’t bring down the enthusiasm of our crew! They are an awesome crew at Ignite. I was their Operations Manager for almost 6 years. I’m glad they reached out to you and you were able to serve up some if the best tacos in The OC!
