It’s Thursday and the weekend is just around the corner. Do you have any exciting plans? We have quite a few events on our plate over the next few days hopefully one of them lets us cross paths!

Well one way we’re starting the weekend on the right foot is be serving up our May special #PatitaCrujiente. Have you tried it yet? Just a few moments ago we just wrapped up a food truck stop at Vans HQ for lunch and it looks like we sold a good number of them!

Made with top quality chicken feet (yes, the lower part of your drumstick) that’s been seasoned and battered before going in for a quick hot oil treatment, this month’s special might be on the exotic side but it’s still absolutely exquisite.

During the week we’ve been swamped with countless weekday company events like Carri’s, from employee appreciations days to executive VIP board meetings we’ve done them all. Even though we’re blessed with so many office parties, each one is unique and Carri’s was no different.

We’re glad things worked out for her and hopefully we’ll have the chance to serve her again soon.

And, because the food was so good, it looks like we had her enjoying more food at the wedding than expected! Often at wedding ceremonies we see guests pile up the tacos on their plates and it looks like Naomie was one of them!
