| At last Friday’s event at La Chureya in Palm Springs, we had a cushion of time where guests were trickling in but dinner service wasn’t quite ready yet. Some folks just flew in from the other side of the country and they were famished! So, we served these simple, creamy yet satisfying mini bean and cheese burritos and all was happy in the desert. There’s something incredibly satisfying about these little appetizers and judging by how fast they disappeared it seems they fit the bill.
