It’s the day after St. Patrick’s Day and yesterday we didn’t encounter any leprechauns nor pots of gold at the end of any rainbows, but it was still a very magical weekend.

Last Saturday SoHo Taco had the great pleasure of providing our gourmet taco cart catering for an enchanting wedding at the Abbott Manor located in the heart of the California wine country in Temecula Valley.

After driving a couple of hours away from our home base in Orange County, on paved and dirt roads, we arrived at this wonderful venue surrounded by sweeping vineyards and spaciousness as wide as the local hospitality.

We’re no strangers to Temecula, in fact we have already catered at several weddings here, but it seems the events get more and more beautiful each time.

This location was stunning in and of itself to begin with.  But, as the sun started to set, it just took on another breathtaking character.  As one of the wedding photographers on site informed us, “when it gets dark this place really starts to come alive.”  And, he wasn’t kidding.

Also, as the night got more festive so did the attendees … as well as their appetites!

The average wedding guest in past events would come by the cart about one or two times, just to make sure they weren’t starving any more.  But, on this occasion, we had several folks come back for thirds & fourths!  Definitely a very enthusiastic crowd.  And, it was an absolute pleasure serving them.
