Yesterday, SoHo Taco had the great pleasure of providing gourmet taco catering for Peg B. of Laguna Niguel, for her holiday luncheon in Laguna Hills.

Immediately afterwards she graciously expressed her gratitude verbally to the crew as they were wrapping up.  Then, she fired off this “phenomenal” email to headquarters:

[message_box]”OK everyone – listen up.  I just returned from an event that I had Soho Taco cater today.  It was perfect.  The food was absolutely delish (we had the pork, beef and chicken) and the handmade tortillas were yummy and a fun extra.  Having the food cooked on site made for a fun event as the cooking aromas wafted around the area and had everyone’s mouth watering in advance.  The cooks were very professional and pleasant (thank you Maria, Ben & Javier!).  They came on time and the taco stand and all their equipment was very clean.  If you are looking for something a little different for your next event, I would definitely recommend Soho Taco.  I will be using them again in the future for sure!”
