What rain?  A random storm system rolled into the OC earlier and threatened our lunch hour.  But, like an unraveled Rastafarian dreadlock – it really didn’t amount to much.

Earlier today, under overcast skies, SoHo Taco had the great honor of providing excellent taco cart catering for the wonderful, hard-working folks of the CB Richard Ellis in Irvine, CA.  And, despite the threats facing the event (atmospheric or otherwise) everyone still had a terrific time.

Current forecasts predicted a small chance of rain for today in Irvine and some indeed felt some sprinkles here and there.  But, the show must go on.  And, that it did!

For this monumental 525+ person occasion, we brought out three of our taco carts and then grilled up three of our finest tacos: carne asada, pollo asado & vegetales.  They also had the opportunity to accompany their meals with plenty of freshly-made chips and salsas.  And, we even provided beverages to help quench everyone’s thirst.

By the time lunch hour completed, the entire workforce returned to their offices with full bellies and smiles on their faces.

We would like to thank everyone at CB Richard Ellis for this incredible opportunity.  And, we look forward to catering many more events with you soon …. very soon!
