Being that summer in Southern California is now in full gear, lately our Saturdays have been absolutely jammed packed with private catering events making things a bit stressful trying to get out of the kitchen and to the events on time.

So, when our crew arrived at this birthday event in Tustin Ranch overlooking the Orange County basin, it was literally a breath of fresh air to see.  The stunning view was immensely calming and gorgeous to behold!

We don’t always get to bring our taco catering carts to locations with impressive vistas, so this was quite the pleasant surprise.

On this wonderful occasion we helped celebrate a special birthday by grilling up generous servings of our carne asada (“grilled steak”), savory pollo asado (“grilled chicken”) and succulent mahi mahi tacos.

What better way to celebrate another trip around the sun than with great food, an awesome view and the company of friends & family?
