It seems with every event that we cater Orange County just gets more and more beautiful.

Last Saturday we had the privilege of being invited to Little Balboa Island (yes, there’s two) to provide our signature taco cart catering for a extremely scenic wedding reception in the heart of the Newport Beach harbor.

It really was an honor to call this place our “office” for a couple of hours as we got to the business of grilling up some of our very best for the wonderful guests.

As guests disembarked after their lovely wedding ceremony at sea, they were greeted with hypnotic aromas of grilled mahi mahi, shrimp, veggies, steak and much more.  We also offered generous servings of our fluffy rice, creamy beans and freshly made chips and salsas to help round out the meal.

Our crew had an absolutely fantastic time and we certainly hope everyone enjoyed their meals as we did preparing them.
