Over the weekend we had the honor of taking part in a classic Hollywood gathering complete with a romantic happy ending.

Last Sunday we brought out one of our taco carts out to Long Beach and grilled up a fantastic meal for a wedding reception at the historic Art Theatre.   It was a day filled with limousines, red carpets, movie posters and a glamorous crowd that we won’t soon forget.

According to the official site, the Art Theatre first opened in 1924 as a silent movie cinema.  Since then it has been lovingly maintained and continuously restored to keep up its classic beauty.  As such, it served as a wonderful back drop for an absolutely perfect movie-themed wedding reception!

As for our menu, we brought nothing but the best: mahi mahi, shrimp, veggies, chicken & steak tacos.  And, what better way to celebrate the premiere of a lovely couple’s marriage than with excellent cuisine.

We’d like to thank the staff and management of The Art Theatre for helping us get situated.  And, we’d like to thank the friends and family of the newlyweds for providing us with this wonderful opportunity.  We truly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to serving everyone again soon!
