One of the great privileges we enjoy is discovering fantastic places that we like to call “office” for a couple of hours, like this incredible venue in the coastal areas of Los Angeles County.

Last Friday night SoHo Taco had honor of providing gourmet taco catering for a lovely wedding high atop the mountains of Malibu CA at the Stone Eagle Retreat.

The beauty of the surroundings and its serenity were only matched by the warmth and enthusiasm of the guests we had a great time serving.

With guests coming as far away as Australia and Puerto Rico, the pressure was on to grill up some of the best local cuisine we had to offer.

So, our guys prepared mahi mahi, pollo asado, carnitas, camarones and our famous veggie tacos.  We also provided some freshly-made tortilla chips, creamy beans and fully rice to round out the meal.  And, of course, to help bring their meals to a higher level, we set out some of our finest salsas and fresh condiments.

The result?  We heard nothing but compliments all night long!  It was truly exhilarating.

We would like to congratulate the newlyweds on their big day and we’d like to thank everyone for letting us be a part of this special day.
