Few things make food even more tastier than when they’re complimentary!

Last Thursday night, high up in the San Bernardino County mountains, SoHo Taco had the immense pleasure of providing gourmet taco catering for a lovely wedding rehearsal at the Mt. Baldy Village Church … for FREE.  And, we had a great time!

Several months ago we were the proud participant of the Premier Bridal Show‘s Over The Top Sweepstakes, where a veritable treasure trove of wedding related goods and services were raffled off to a lucky couple.  This year that honor went to the well-deserving Brian and Ashlee Tibbetts.

This is our second year taking part in this contest, last year we also had a fantastic time grilling it up for the winners in Garden Grove.  And, this one was no less enjoyable.

So, our guys gathered up our finest ingredients, loaded up the van and made the trip up to higher elevations where we met up with the friends and family of this year’s winners for a delightful wedding rehearsal meal.

For this occasion, we treated everyone to five of our most delectable tacos: mahi mahi, shrimp, steak, chicken and veggies.  Once the ingredients touched the hot grill, the hypnotic aromas easily swept the tiny mountain village revving up appetites for several blocks!

In the end, we really enjoyed ourselves treating everyone to our finest cuisine and, judging from the feedback we received, everyone LOVED their meals!

We would like to congratulate Ashlee & Brian for not only winning the sweepstakes but also on finally tying the knot over the weekend.  It truly was a pleasure grilling for them and we certainly hope to have the opportunity to serve them again in the future.
