Sometimes the most important celebrant isn’t the bride nor groom, it’s Mother Nature.  And, what better way to pay homage than to hold festivities at a temple created in her honor.

Last Saturday SoHo Taco had the great pleasure of providing gourmet taco catering for a beautiful wedding at the Environmental Nature Center in Newport Beach.  It was an eco-friendly evening filled with love, laughter and mouth-watering food.

For this occasion, we brought out our gourmet food truck and grilled up some of nature’s finest fare: veggie tacos, carne asada, pollo asado and camarones all served on fresh, hand-pressed tortillas.  Then, we accompanied everything with our fluffy lemon rice, creamy black beans and freshly prepared sides and salsas.

And, in honor of Mother Nature herself all plates, forks and napkins used at this event were made from recycled, biodegradable materials.  Basically, it was a successful event that pleased the heart, palate and conscious.

We certainly hope everyone enjoyed the food as much as we did preparing it.  We had a fantastic time and definitely appreciate being selected for this wonderful event.
