Happy Monday! We hope your weekend was just as fantastic as the one we just had.

Last Saturday night we had the great pleasure of providing gourmet taco catering for a lovely wedding reception at the historic Cree Estate located in the Cathedral City area of Palm Springs CA. And, we had a GREAT time!

This beautiful outdoor wedding reception couldn’t have been more pristine. The weather was ideal, the guests were absolutely welcoming and the venue was truly stunning. We are no strangers to the location, in fact we’ve been here several times before. And, each time has always been a fantastic experience.

For this occasion, we grilled up some of our best tacos: savory carne asada (steak), delectable pollo asado (chicken), delicious camarones (shrimp) and our signature veggie tacos. And, judging from the feedback we got that night, they were a hit!

As for the location itself, it really is top notch. This sprawling estate is seems to go on forever and definitely gives the occasion a terrific upscale feel.
