 It’s Monday and we’re just reminiscing about the incredible weekend we just. Taking into consideration all the private taco catering events, public food truck stops and drop offs, we just finished off a record breaking three days of over 30 events. Whew! We had crew members going all over Southern California from Riverside to Santa Barbara and everywhere in between. Our hardworking team had an exhilarating time grilling up our finest gourmet tacos for weddings, birthdays, graduations and more.
