It’s always a privilege to be grilling up our finest gourmet tacos for our customers.  And, it’s absolutely an honor to hear great feedback immediately afterwards, which is what just happened a few moments ago.

Earlier today the Fountain Valley General Employees Association just held their 2013 Summer Kickoff event and we had the great pleasure of being the official caterer for the function.  You should check out the official flyer for the event, it’s so awesome!

Lots of planning went into this special occasion.  We were told a little more than a hundred people will be showing up and lots of them were taco aficionados!  So, on this day, only the best would do.

We brought out one of our gourmet taco catering carts, some of our best cooks and one of our most skilled tortilla makers.  Our team arrived at the site earlier this morning with lots of enthusiasm and they got to work right away.

We grilled up our Premier Package, which consisted of at least five different tacos, all on a handmade tortilla.  Accompanying that were lots of fresh salsas, condiments and side dishes to help round out the meal.
