We just wrapped up another invigorating weekend filled with fantastic events and last night was definitely one we won’t soon forget.

Yesterday, we had the great honor of providing gourmet taco catering for a very special birthday block party organized by the fine folks of Event Specialists, Inc.  The occasion, which took place in a secluded little neighborhood in beautiful Aliso Viejo, was attended by many of the family and friends of the premier industry group and we had a GREAT time!

For this wonderful group, we brought out the very best selections served on handmade tortillas: delectable mahi mahi, succulent shrimp, juicy chicken, savory carne asada & vibrant veggie tacos.

From there, everyone had the opportunity to customize their own masterpieces with our family of freshly made salsas and condiments.  We offered tangy mango salsa, colorful pico de gallo, our flavorful roasted red tomato and spicy jalapeno salsa.

And, of course, everything was served on a pipping hot hand-pressed tortilla.  We had one of our girls there making the very best for everyone and it was mind-blowingly good!
