[O]ne of the best way of showing gratitude is with great food. Another, is to bring that delectable meal back for a command performance! Last Saturday, SoHo Taco Gourmet Taco Catering had the honor of being selected by Project By Project for their appreciation lunch, which took place last Saturday in beautiful Marina Del Rey. For this occasion, we brought a mouthwatering selection of some of our very best for them, which you can see in our pictures!  The Los Angeles based non-profit organization just finished up their annual Plate by Plate function, which we’ve been told was wildly successful. So, to celebrate, the group wanted to treat all the volunteers and participants to some of our exquisite gourmet tacos – again! That’s right, this is the SECOND time we’ve been selected by them to help with their appreciation lunch! We did the exact same function for them last year and, because they loved the food so much, they asked for a repeat performance. Keep in mind that being asked to return by this club is a GREAT honor knowing that this is a group filled with demanding palates! So, it was definitely an honor to be back. We would like to thank everyone at Project by Project for letting us be a part of the celebrations and we definitely want to thank our dear friend, Marian of Marian the Foodie fame for making the connection.
