[H]appy Tuesday, everyone!  Hopefully your week is coming along swimmingly ….

Last Sunday a couple of our guys closed out the weekend taco cart catering poolside at a picture-perfect home nestled within an exclusive gated community in Newport Beach.

One of the great pleasures that we have here at SoHo Taco headquarters is the privilege to grill up our gourmet tacos at some of the most beautiful abodes in Southern California, like this one.

And, after a few days jam packed with over twenty private events and one gourmet food truck stop, what better way to finish up a record breaking weekend than spending it with some of our very best customers next to such a gorgeous pool?

On this particular occasion, we were on hand to help celebrate another one of our customer’s successful trips around the sun (let it sink in, we’ll wait).  Needless to say, everyone had a spectacular time and we received nothing but positive feedback.

We certainly hope the rest of your week is just as beautiful and hopefully we’ll be on hand to help celebrate your next successful solar circumnavigation, poolside or otherwise.
