What better way to kick off this Taco Tuesday than with a little nursery rhyme? Except this one’s outer layer has little to do with fleece and more with a delicious creamy condiment.

In case you didn’t get the memo, throughout the month of April we are proud to be serving up on our food truck our monthly special, #TacoDeCordero ($5.49 each).

Made with top quality lamb that’s fresh grilled with toasted pine nuts and then topped off with a bright yellow/green yogurt curry salsa, it’s absolutely delightful.

Now that we’re more than half way through April (crazy, huh? Wasn’t it just new years day?), we’ve had the opportunity to grill up this delicacy at several of our stops. And, each time we’re getting wonderful feedback.

What makes this truly exceptional is the smoky flavor of the meat, the lovely nutty crunch of the pine nuts and rich flavors of the salsa. Together they all combine to make a symphony of flavors unlike any other.
