| We are thrilled introduce our featured taco at today’s legendary culinary celebration: Taco de Camarones Glaseados Al Chipotle (or “chipotle glazed shrimp tacos”). But, this won’t be the only day to try it … it is also happens to be the July special on our truck!
Today from 3P to 7P we have the great honor of participating in Tacolandia 2014, taking place at El Pueblo De Los Angeles (next to Olvera Street) 125 Paseo De La Plz, Los Angeles CA. For our second year at this mouth-watering festival, we will be serving this seafood delicacy among others hot off the grill. RELATED: Click here for our calendar of upcoming food truck stops & events We blanket succulent shrimp in our super flavorful chipotle salsa and grill it to perfection. Then, we rest it on a bed of creamy jack cheese, add a dollop of cool sour cream and top it off with savory queso añejo. And, just like all our tacos today it will be served on a fresh, hand-pressed tortilla. It’s absolutely fantastic and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Sadly, Tacolandia tickets are completely sold out. But, don’t worry if you can’t make it. We will be showcasing this taco on our food truck throughout the entire month of July as part of our monthly special. So, there will be plenty of other opportunities to give it a try.
