[J]ust like dating before marriage, we too have to court potential customers before they sign us up.

Last night at SoHo Taco headquarters was tasting night.  Approximately once a month or so, we set up one of our carts in full regalia, have a couple of our guys grill up our finest tacos and then we invite some folks who have a big event coming up in the near future.

For a small fee, guests can bring a few of their family and friends to not only bite into our gourmet tacos but also to help visualize having one of our taco catering carts at their special occasion.

Of course we’re very proud of the food that we grill up on our gourmet food truck, but to truly imagine the sight, smell, touch, sound and taste of SoHo Taco at an event, attending one of these sessions is essential.

Yesterday we had four different families visit us, all of whom had weddings on the horizon.  Each couple brought a loved one or two, tried our cuisine and fortunately everyone signed us up …. love it!
