| Today is Test Kitchen Day here at HQ and we just had the delectable opportunity to try a mouth-watering line of exquisite guacamoles. We’re contemplating introducing a few on the food truck and/or on our catering menu and so we had the daunting task of trying them out. It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it. 😉 The one you see here is the “Chicharrón Con Salsa Fresca” and let’s just say that it didn’t last long. It really did taste as good as it looks. Decisions, decisions!
