TGIF: Getting Ready For Our Biggest Weekend Of The Year

Happy TGIF, everyone!  Today marks the beginning of easily the busiest weekend of the year for us and we can’t wait to get started.Believe it or not over the next three days we’re scheduled to provide gourmet taco catering for over twenty events (FIVE of them are weddings), our entire Saturday is fully booked and then on Sunday (after several days of private events) our food truck finally returns to the public at Roger’s Gardens.

* WHEW! *

It’s definitely going to be an exhilarating weekend and we’re raring to go.

In the meantime, we certainly hope to have the opportunity to have you and your loved ones in front of one of our carts or our truck very soon.  We may be crazy busy right now, but we’ll always have time to grill something for you!
