Wow … this weekend we have THREE gourmet taco catering events in San Clemente alone, the weatherman says rain is in the forecast and it looks like we might have a last minute one in nearby Dana Point as well!

Now, that’s crazy … In fact, it’s Charlie Sheen crazy!

However, unlike a bizarre rant on the radio resulting in the shutdown of a multimillion dollar television project, this high level of demand for our services actually makes sense.
