You just got engaged… CONGRATS!! Now what? Let’s start planning! And, if there’s any day to get started on working on your upcoming celebration it’s TODAY.

Please join us from 10AM to 4PM as we proudly return to the premier wedding expo in Southern California, Bride World Expo, taking place at the world famous OC Fair & Event Center (88 Fair Drive, Santa Ana CA).

Featuring about 150 of the most talented vendors in the industry, it’s going to be the ideal place to get inspired and to check out the latest trends. From wedding dresses to caterers like yours truly, they have it all and it’s going to be epic.

As for us, we plan on having two things going on to help get you acquainted with our what we can offer. On the inside of the Pavillion #14, we’re going to have a booth set up with a fully assembled taco cart on display.

Fire codes and, well, better judgment dictates that can’t be grilling inside an enclosed building. So, the taco cart is only going to be there for display purposes, although we do plan on using it to help showcase our appetizers, salsas and condiments.

But, let’s say you visit our cart and would like to try our signature tacos on a fresh, hand-pressed tortilla. No problem! Because in addition to the taco cart, we also plan on bringing our food truck, which is going to be serving just outside of the pavillions with all the other gourmet food trucks.

During the same times as the expo, 10AM to 4PM, please find our food truck crew happily grilling up some of our finest fare such as carne asada, pollo asado, al pastor and much more.

Getting wedding inspirations and checking out the booths can definitely work up an appetite, so be sure to pass by our truck and grab a bite to help fuel up and keep the hunt for the perfect wedding going.

It’s already a gorgeous Sunday today, perfect weather and not a cloud in the sky.
