It’s Memorial Day Saturday and there’s just a few days left in May, which means it’s almost time to say goodbye to another instant classic: our Chilorio Taco. And, today we have another opportunity to give it a try.

Made with succulent pork braised in our special adobo salsa, topped with fresh guacamole and crispy chicharon sprinkles and all resting on a creamy bed of queso panela.  It’s absolutely exquisite and we hope you like it.

Parking at Roger’s Gardens is plentiful and complimentary.  And, there’s never any admission charge to enjoy the estate nor access our truck.
