• DINNER 4:30P to 8P, The Park @ Irvine Spectrum, 8500 Spectrum, Irvine CA

This delicacy features tender strips of grilled calamari blanketed with our special blend of herbs and spices, a house-made tangy slaw, smoky chipotle sour cream and all resting on a creamy bed of Jack cheese.  It is absolutely outstanding and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Parking at both locations may be a bit tricky, so allow for extra time.  Otherwise, none of them have any admission charge and the general public is more than welcome to visit our truck.
