[T]omorrow’s the big night … wish us luck!

In case you haven’t heard, the OC Restaurant Association is throwing it’s very first ever Golden Foodie Awards on the evening of Sunday, September 30th at the Fairmont Hotel in Newport Beach.

On that night, all the nominees ranging in categories from Best Restaurant to Excellent Service will be there to find out who gets to take home the main prize for their category.

And, we’ve been nominated for BEST TACO!!

We’re all pretty excited and nervous because we’ve never been to an event like this before and this red carpet gala is sure to attract the brightest and most respected culinary stars in Orange County.

The fact that we’ve been nominated alone is a great honor in and of itself.  But, oh boy, wouldn’t it be awesome if we took home the the actual award?!  We’re crossing our fingers, our tortillas and our eyes!! 😉
