[UPDATE 12:18P: Unfortunately, due to mechanical issues mentioned below, tonight’s stop has been canceled.]

[W]e’re crossing our fingers and doing our very best, but we just received word that our food truck might not be able to make its scheduled stop this evening. 🙁

Tonight from 5PM to 9PM, we have the great pleasure of being invited to return to one of our favorite food truck stops at the Best Buy in Fullerton (120 Imperial Hwy, Fullerton CA).  With an impressive weekly line up, this event organized by the Truck Squad is super popular with the folks of North OC.

However, yesterday afternoon our crew did a quick check up on the truck and found some badly needed preventive maintenance.  Basically, it’s one of those things where if we don’t take care of it now, we’ll be in for some serious challenges in the future!

So, just to play it safe, we have our mechanic diligently working on her now and giving her the best care possible.  We certainly hope she’ll be ready for tonight’s scheduled stop, but anything can happen and we just want to give our fans and catering customers a heads up.
