Happy Friday everyone!!

In case you haven’t already noticed, Southern California is getting blanketed with plenty of thick, ominous and puffy clouds.  Which most likely means it’s going to be a pretty wet day today.  So, be safe out there!

Meanwhile, talk about puffy things, yesterday at our taco catering event in Santa Monica, CA., our tortillas inflated beautifully on the grill.  Which is a GREAT sign whenever our tortillas hechas a mano (“handmade tortillas”) are on special request.  Because that means they’re going to come out perfectly crispy on the outside and light & fluffy on the inside.  Why can’t it rain freshly made tortillas instead? 😉
