| Once in a while we do “To Go” orders here at headquarters and one of our customers ordered tray of our juicy Mexican chorizo taco for pick up. So, we’re grilling it up right now and the whole kitchen smells absolutely divine. Once it’s finished it’ll get packed up with the carne asada and pollo asado trays, the fresh condiments and our signature salsas. Our customer is going to arrive pretty soon so we better hurry up!
