For this occasion we were accommodated on a strategic location at an outside patio area next to the main exhibition hall. Guests entered the bridal show and were instantly greeted with our tantalizing aromas and the hypnotic scents escaping from our grills.

As for the menu, we proudly served up to four types of tacos all presented on a fresh, hand-pressed tortilla:

• Spicy Potato – We grilled up diced potato and farm fresh veggies and then added a wonderful flavor dimension with our special blend of herbs and spices.
• Vegetarian Taco – This delicacy featured grilled portobello mushrooms, bell peppers and onions, caramelized to perfection, resting upon a bed of jack cheese and then topped off with our spicy chipotle sour cream.
• Mahi Mahi Taco – This seafood delight starts out with a generous portion of fresh mahi mahi that’s grilled on garlic butter, served with shredded cabbage and also topped off with chipotle sour cream.
• Pollo Asado – For our fourth and final selection, we offered our exquisite chicken taco that we butcher and hand-trim ourselves in our kitchen and flavor it with our special blend of herbs and spices.

Once our guests made their selection, we also offered everyone creamy black beans and fluffy lemon rice by the spoonfuls to help round out their meals.

To add to the culinary delight, everyone was able to load up on our vibrant choices of condiments and salsas so they were able to hand-craft their own customized masterpiece.

And, we can’t forget the chips! To help bring their culinary experience to another delicious level we had a huge bowl of our freshly made chips ready for everyone’s enjoyment. Some folks even made their own nachos … good idea!

We started out the occasion and 4PM sharp as promised, but things started heating up at around 6PM. In fact, we ran out of food by 7:15PM! The demand was definitely greater than expected, so we deeply apologize to anyone who wasn’t able to try our food towards the end.

Overall it was definitely a tremendous experience. Our crew had a great time grilling for everyone. Our friendly event coordinators Rachel and Devon were on hand to help answer any questions. And, the Wedding Store 24 staff was extremely helpful for the everything in between.
