This will be the third time we will have exhibited for Wedding Store 24 and we can’t wait! The first time was in 2013 at The W Hotel and then the second was in 2014 at The Roosevelt Hotel, both in Hollywood CA. This time around, we have the honor of showcasing our fine cuisine at our home turf in beautiful Orange County.

For this special occasion we plan on firing up the grill just like we did at last month’s wedding that we catered at the Unitarian Society of Santa Barbara. However, this promo event is unlike any other since it’s aimed more towards the vibrant Indian community, one of our largest fan bases! So, for this evening we will definitely plan on avoiding red meats and emphasizing more on our super popular vegetarian and vegan options.

Accordingly, it makes sense that we bring out one of our most sought after menu items, our signature Veggie Taco. Of course, we plan on offering a variety of other tacos tomorrow night, but it wouldn’t be a fabulous Wedding Store 24 bridal show without this dish!

Just like we did up in Santa Barbara, we plan on taking a large batch of veggies that were expertly pre-cut and carefully prepared by our talented kitchen. Typically this mixture consists of bright bell peppers, spicy onions and meaty portobello mushrooms.

The entire package is unloaded onto the fiery hot grill where they start their dance and sing their songs of sizzle. Fumes of hypnotic aromas are going to emit from the cart, hopefully everyone can handle the mouth-watering scents!

Next we will season the kaleidoscope of veggies and then grill it to perfection. Once they’re good and ready, we top it off with a little spinach and serve it up piping hot.

Alongside our wonderful selection of tacos we also plan on offering a wide variety of our tantalizing farm fresh condiments and flavor-packed salsas, like our Salsa Roja.

This salsa is made with a pureed batch of roasted red tomatoes that’s blended with our special mix of herbs and spices. Extremely versatile, this chunky treat is not only vegan friendly but it also goes wonderfully on all of our taco selections. You literally cannot go wrong with this classic delight.

Tickets for tomorrow night’s events are only $15 pre-sale and $25 dollars at the door. And, given the eye-popping displays, ultra-chic fashion show and, of course, great food, it’s definitely worth it.
