Yesterday we had the great honor of receiving an email from one of the guests at a wedding that we catered at Newland Barn in Huntington Beach last weekend:

“We thoroughly enjoyed your tacos at [that] wedding Thanksgiving weekend. I love fish tacos in general but your Mahi taco blew me away! Without exaggeration, it was the best fish taco I’ve ever had! Hopefully you guys will do the lunchtime truck around OC sometime in the future!”

Isn’t that awesome?! We here at taco catering headquarters LOVE our mahi mahi fish tacos, but we LOVE hearing from our wedding guests even more!

Right now this wildly popular seafood taco isn’t on our gourmet food truck menu, neither is lunchtime service. However, never say “never”! We hope to see both materialize by early next year.

In the meantime, we want to thank Paul for his kind words. And, we can’t wait to serve him and his loved ones more of our mahi mahi taco very soon!
