[W]hether we’re tantalizing everyone’s senses at a taco cart catering event or out on the streets on our gourmet food truck, we’re always asked “Which taco is your favorite?”

Believe it or not, most of us we here at SoHo Taco headquarters would reply, “Easy, the veggie taco.”

Next comes the surprised look on our guests face, which is totally understandable!  It’s hard to believe that something so delectable and satisfying can be, well, meat free.  But, it’s true!

We start with a warm tortilla, layer it with a bed of jack cheese.  Then, we pile on some grilled, seasoned bell peppers, onions and portabello mushrooms.  Finally, we top it off with our signature chipotle sour cream.  And, there you go: our favorite taco … no seriously!

Take it from a company where the majority of us are staunch carnivores.  It really is highly recommended.  Ask for it for your next taco catering event or on our food truck.  A definite must try.
